NCHS's first musical of the year, Mean Girls, will have it's first premier, tomorrow on November 16th! This production highlights our 9th and 10th grade students who have worked tirelessly to bring you a show that's "so fetch"!
Mean Girls, the Musical, adapted from Tina Fey's 2004 film, chronicles the life of Cady Heron, a teen previously homeschooled in Africa, as she navigates the treacherous social landscape of an American high school. Guided by friends Janis and Damian, she encounters the Plastics, an elite clique led by the formidable Regina George. Initially infiltrating the group for revenge, Cady gets entangled in a web of popularity, deception, and the notorious Burn Book, leading to chaos. Through vibrant songs and humor, the musical underscores the significance of authenticity and the perils of superficiality. Some adult humor may not be suitable for younger audiences.
